How we earn money

When you submit the lead form, your details are sent to a licensed UAE mortgage broker partner. If you go on to take out a mortgage through that broker, we may receive a referral fee. You pay nothing to us. The referral fee does not change the rates or terms the broker offers you.

Our editorial stance

Receiving a referral fee creates a commercial incentive. We disclose this clearly here and on every page. Where we describe rates, processes, or eligibility, we aim to be accurate, but we recommend you verify with the broker or directly with the bank before making a decision.

Other sources of income

We may, in future, run display advertising or partner with additional brokers, lenders, or insurance providers. Any such relationships will be disclosed on this page.
